PRIVACY AND CONSENT STATEMENT

SMART RENTAL d.o.o., Novi Marof, Varaždinska 106, OIB: 37538837559 (hereinafter: SMART RENTAL) collects and processes the personal data of its customers and users of its services (hereinafter: the subject) and takes measures to ensure that the processing of personal data is legal, fair, and transparent.

In this regard, SMART RENTAL may act as the controller and/or processor of your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 679/16 and we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data through this Statement, what data SMART RENTAL collects and how it is used.

SMART RENTAL collects personal data directly from you when concluding and performing mutual contracts, as well as when performing acts preceding the conclusion of the contract (offers, inquiries, reservations, requests for products or services, sending inquiries or requests related to our products or services), or on the basis of your consent, through the SMART RENTAL website, as well as indirectly when you wish to purchase and/or use our goods and services through intermediaries or agencies, or when you exercise your right or use our services within the business cooperation we have with our business partners, or on the basis of another legal basis.
